Terms and Conditions

Any person who accesses and/or uses the platform shall be subject to these terms and conditions for use and be bound by the policies.

Shipping

The product will be shipped within the given time period. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

We are not liable for any delays in the shipment and the risk of loss of the same during shipping.

Replacement policy

Replacement of the product will be done in 7 days of confirmation of eligibility of the same if the customer gets a damaged or wrong product.

A customer is not eligible for a replacement if the damage of the product is due to the customer's negligence or misinformation provided by the customer.

Return policy

With this option, if there is an issue, you will have the option of requesting the return request within 2 days i.e, 48 hours of receiving the product.

The return will be accepted for defects in the product, wrong product delivery, incomplete package,

or some other genuine reason, subject to the condition we are informed about within the time of return policy.

The product must be returned in its original condition.

Once the item is received at the warehouse, there will be a quality check post which the refund/ exchange will be processed

Refund

Refund will be processed via the same mode as the mode of payment and will be reflected within 12-15 working days after the product returned reaches the warehouse.
